The Team Building is founded by Paul Kleine en Joëlle van der Pol. It can be traced back to 2015 when the actual building was acquired in Utrecht.
Paul, Joëlle and their team have successfully designed an executed a dozen online and offline escape rooms. Clients included a Big4 company, a Nasdaq-listed company and government-related sectors. Contentwise their games are as diverse as onboarding people, closing a MT100 meeting and simulating crisis-management situations.
The Team Building hosts 5 ‘normal’ escape rooms, various innovative team building games, axe throwing and a driftkarting track. Their 30p. team includes project managers, designers, IT and game hosts.
